SLEEP: From circadian rhythm to sleep nutrients, optimising hormones, gut health, and reducing toxic exposures, you’ll understand why sleep is important and how your daily sleep habits can transform your health and sleep. WORKOUTS: Creating vibrant health is a combination of nutrition and physical activity. Each aspect of your lifestyle needs to complement the other. You cannot exercise your way out of a bad diet. PURPOSE: Building lasting habits, friendships, happiness, and balances affect biology more than any superfood could. WHAT TO EXPECT: - Full-body physical and deficiency assessment - One-hour weekly sessions to discuss progress, learning, and overcoming obstacles by reprogramming our thought process - Weekly guidelines and nutrition advice - Sleep consultation and routine building - Physical training recommendations - If required, medical nutrition guidelines will be established to reverse/better maintain chronic conditions
