Only individual session and college move packages are refundable, no later than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to start. The 12-week Wellness Program and the online Immunity Boost program are not eligible for a refund.

All purchases made offline at the Wellness clinic are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable, and non-transferable.

In case of cancellation of the individual session or college move session, the entire amount will be refunded. Refunds will be processed in 5-7 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.
